OWNERSHIP & FINANCING

Dominican Banks offer financing for properties with deeds. While as a rule Foreigners MUST have Dominican Residency in order to apply for a mortgage loan in the Dominican Republic there are facilities in place to assist with obtaining Dominican properties – so there is no need to worry that the Dominican Republic is primarily a CASH MARKET.
