OWNERSHIP & FINANCING
Blue Parrot has an exclusive agreement with Grupo Puntcana and lists only properties with deeds.  Also, there are no restrictions for foreigners to purchase or own property in the Dominican Republic. Dominican Banks offer financing for properties with deeds and while Foreigners MUST have Dominican Residency in order to apply for a mortgage loan there are ways of obtaining financing even though the Dominican Republic is primarily a CASH MARKET.
