A stunningly unique Villa located on some of the most pristine beach the Island of North Caicos has to offer. The Villa is roughly around 5,000 Sq ft and was built by the present owners in 2004-2006 by Johnston International to a design by Seth Stein Architects, London and won a number RIBA awards.
