Scott Sutherland is a Canadian-born globetrotter whose three-decade career in luxury hospitality uniquely shapes his approach to Caribbean and Latin American real estate. After a decade managing Club Med properties around the world and nearly another decade as a Consultant, Property Inspector, and Lux Ambassador for Luxury Retreats, Scott brings an insider's understanding of what discerning buyers expect from a property — and from their agent.

Today, alongside leading Blue Parrot Real Estate, Scott serves as General Manager at Coral Garden on Grace Bay, where he applies that same operational rigor to every transaction. His clients benefit from a trusted on-island network of attorneys, inspectors, and contractors across Turks & Caicos, the Dominican Republic, and Colombia.

Paul Dempsey

Broker & Attorney

Paul Dempsey, a native of Grand Turk, is the principal of Dempsey & Company — the longest-standing legal practice in the Turks & Caicos Islands, established in 1969. As a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ireland, a Notary Public, and a Justice of the Peace, Paul brings a depth of legal experience that is unmatched in TCI real estate.

A graduate of University College Cork and the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland, Paul honed his legal acumen in Dublin and Cork before returning home in 1992 to join the family firm. He has served as a former Vice President of the Turks & Caicos Bar Association and as a former Member of the National Insurance Board.

With over two decades of experience in TCI real estate and a proud member of TCREA, Paul provides Blue Parrot's clients with the rare combination of broker-level market insight and attorney-level transaction protection — from contract drafting and title work to corporate structures and inward investment.
